1.Fundamental Policy

1.1. The fundamental goal of the Greenolife.

Marketing Plan is to promote the sale and use of high-quality products to consumers. The primary purpose of the IBA (Independent Business Associate) is to build a sales organisation to promote the sale and use of these products to consumers.

1.2. GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD does not represent that an IBA will achieve financial success without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others. Compensation in GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD is based upon the sale of its products.

1.3. The IBA, regardless of his/her level in the GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD Marketing Plan, is encouraged to make retail sales each month and to keep accurate records of such sales.

A successful IBA gains current knowledge of the market by attending training meetings, maintaining personal retail customers, and sponsoring other IBA to sell to retail customers.

1.4. Only adults over eighteen years old are permitted to apply to become an IBA.

1.5. The Greenolife Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the sale and distribution of health, nutritional and beauty-related products which are fully described in their company literature.

The Greenolife Pvt. Ltd. sells their products through a multi-level marketing plan using IBA to sell the products and deliver them to retail customers. The Greenolife Marketing Plan is founded upon honesty and integrity, and allows an equal and fair opportunity for everyone to achieve success.
Note - All IBA agree to comply with the rules and regulations set out in this company policy
handbook and agree that the Company has a right to change these rules at any time.

2. Ordering Policies

2.1. Placing orders
Customers and IBA order directly from the Company at discounted prices.
2.2. Customer & IBA should use their own credit / Debit card while ordering the products via online/offline.
2.3 Mode of Payment Accepted

● Credit Card ● Debit Card ● UPI ● Cash Deposits In GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD Bank A/C ● Cash ● Cheque.

3. Price and/or BP (BUSINESS POINT) changes

3.1. The Company undertakes to give notice of at least one calendar month of impending price
or BP (BUSINESS POINT) changes. This notice will be published in the Company’s News Letter (or via any other method the Company sees fit.
NOTE - In the event of such changes, the Company will not exchange literature, except at the sole
discretion of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

4.Prohibited activities Policy

If any of IBA Found In any prohibited activity then he/she can be terminated by a collective decision of management.
Following are the unethical activities.

4.1. Fraudulent sponsoring.
An IBA is prohibited from sponsoring individuals without the knowledge of and execution of a Greenolife and agreement by such individuals, the fraudulent sponsoring of an individual as an IBA, or the sponsoring or attempted sponsoring of non-existent individuals as IBA or customers (Dead Person) to qualify for commissions or bonuses.

4.2. Bulk-buying.
An IBA is prohibited from ordering more product than required to meet immediate sales needs, and additional products may be purchased only after 75% of that product’s inventory has been sold, consumed or otherwise utilised.

An IBA is prohibited from purchasing products or encouraging other IBA to purchase products solely for the purpose of qualifying for bonuses, and from using any other mechanism by which strategic purchases are made to maximise commissions or bonuses when an IBA does not have a bona fide use for the products purchased.

4.3. Proxy purchasing.
An IBA is prohibited from purchasing product in any other than his/ her own name.

4.4. Selling to another IBA.
In addition to retail activities, an IBA is prohibited from selling product to any IBA other than his/her personally-sponsored IBA, but at not less than IBA discounted price. Any other sale to another IBA, either directly or indirectly, is a prohibited transaction for both the selling and the buying IBA.

  1. That any payment of Incentive by whatever names it is called unrelated to their respective sales volume is prohibited
  1. That the Distributor or his/her relatives (relative means dependent son or daughter, father/mother, spouse) shall not engage in any activities of Multi Level Marketing of any other entity. If it is found then such Distributor shall be terminated.
  1. That the Distributor is prohibited from listing, marketing, advertising, promoting, discussing, or selling any product, or the business opportunity on any website or online forum that offers like auction as a mode of selling.
  2. That the Distributor hereby undertakes not to compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement/promise to purchase products from the Company or to become Distributor of the Company.
  1. That the Distributor and the company hereby undertakes not to indulge in money circulation scheme or any act barred by the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
  1. That the Company/Distributor shall not promote a pyramid scheme, as defined in Clause 1(12) of the “Advisory to state Government/Union territories on Model Guideline on Product selling” issued by the Department of consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India Dt. 09th Sep. 2016 F.NO. 21/18/2014-IT(Vol-II). In the garb of Product selling Business opportunities.

5. Cross Sponsoring/Multiple IDs

No Cross Sponsoring of Direct seller will be allowed. “Cross Sponsoring" in this context means:
5.1. Signing up an existing Direct seller from another group.


  1. Signing up the wife in another group when the husband is already a Direct seller or vice versa.
  2. Signing up under another sponsor to operate his/her new Direct seller ship when his/her previous Direct seller agreement is still valid.
  3. If family member (blood relation) joins the business with their own ID but their line of sponsorship is not under their family ID, then such a case will be treated as cross sponsoring and the ID taken by such family will be terminated.

6. Selling Policies

6.1. Except as herein provided in this section below, an IBA is prohibited from permitting Company products to be sold or displayed in retail stores. However, exhibitions for a period of less than two weeks in a twelve-month period at the same venue are considered temporary and are therefore permitted after receiving written approval from Head Office.

6.2.‘Service-orientated’ establishments, such as hairdressers, beauty salons, health clubs, etc., can be exceptions to the rule on retail outlets. Where approved, such establishments will be allowed to display and sell products only within the section of their premises where the service is supplied (e.g. treatment room). However, exterior signs or window displays by such IBA to advertise the sale of Company products are prohibited.

6.3. An IBA is prohibited from selling or marketing Greenolife brand products unless it is in its original packaging.

7. Literature Policy

7.1. Literature Other Then Company; The Company’s prior written approval is required to use, produce or sell any sales aid or materials other than those provided by GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD.

8. Selling online.

8.1. An IBA is prohibited from transacting the sale of Greenolife products using any internet-based sales channel other than the Company website & application. Permitting or facilitating sales in this method may result in immediate termination of the agreement.

8.2. Selling to others for resale.
An IBA is prohibited from selling Greenolife products to anyone for the purpose of resale or entrusting others to sell GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD products.

9. IBA Do's & Don'ts Policy

9.1. Making product claims.
IBA may not make any representation, expressly or by implication, that Greenolife Products can prevent, diagnose, treat or cure any disease or medical condition.
Greenolife Products that are intended to be ingested into the body are purely nutritional and/or nutritional supplements and are, therefore, regulated as food. Greenolife does not produce or distribute any products that are to be considered or described as a medicine, treatment or cure.

9.2. Making earnings claims.
IBA may not make any false promises to any new downline regarding income & pay outs. Here in Greenolife Your Income Depends on Your Effort. IBA should inform their customer or prospect that there is not fixed income or salary.

9.3. Operating business by proxy.
A Greenolife business, and any resulting downline, created or operated by proxy, either intentionally or inadvertently, is prohibited, and shall be adjusted for compliance with Company policies and the Code of Professional Conduct by the Management Group.

9.4. Retailing.

◆Advertisements may include photographs of the products.
◆Company products are not medicinal products. It is illegal therefore to make any
representation about Company products that includes medicinal claims. This means that
Company products must not be presented as being suitable for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals.
Only Product Testimonials Published by the company should be used in trainings & seminars.

9.5. Social Media Policy.

◆ Don't Advertise or Publish any products claims on face book, twitter, Instagram etc.
◆ IBA can post the benefits of products on social media but without any prices.
◆ Every IBA should maintain the high-quality of branding technics on social media.


10.Terminology

GREENOLIFE PRODUCTS PVT LTD (“Greenolife”) is registered company name.
IBA "Independent Business Associate" is used for distributors of the company.
BP "BUSINESS POINT" is used for business calculation.
Every Product has it's own BP Point.

VALUE OF 1 BP
1 BP = ₹1 (For Bonus Calculation)
RP "RANK POINT" is used for Rank and other Bonus Calculation.

11.Bonus & Incentive Policy

11.1. Greenolife Is Based on Hybrid Business Model so payments will be done weekly and Monthly.

Closing of every week - Monday - Sunday.
Closing of every month – Last day of the month.
Commission Transfers - Wednesday.

11.2. Any Trip / Rewards / Bonus can be stopped by company management with at least 14 days prior notice if IBA found in any kind of fraudulent or unethical activity.
